You could use a good all life stages food. I would stay away from some of the extremely high protein and calcium foods since some are really not appropriate for young pups even though they say they are for ALS. Someone I know recommended us to try either Innova regular adult food (labeled as ALS) or Nature's Variety Prairie foods. These are labeled as ALS and the nutrient analysis is appropriate for puppies and adult dogs. Also, a rep from Solid Gold told me that their Wee Bits is a good ALS food for small dogs.
