My Miley got a real bad ear infec, and the vet said to put cotton in their ears when I give them a bath. I always use ear cleaner from the vet , but it was the water that got in , and she got a yeast infec. She is okay now I just make sure the cotton is in there and just removed after u finish. But u need to have him check out by the vet in case he has a yeast infec.
