LOL, yup, I HAVE to wait for her bark for the "ok". If I just say "catch it" and toss, most of the time she will miss. This way she has control and tells me when she's ready. This also works for when she doesn't want to eat, but I know it's time, so this turns it into a game, and once she eats one piece, it wets her appetite and will eat the rest.
