LOL i have no idea.
The bottle says dogs under 10lbs -- 1/2 - 1 capsule every day. then it says after the initial dose you can lessen it to a level that maintains your dogs comfort.
i take that to mean if you lessen it and it doesn't work as well then you can continue the higher dose you were giving before. The amount of glucosamine and chondrotine in each capsule is not going to overdose them if giving 1 every day.
