i started giving milu Cosequin about weeks ago, and i was giving her 1 pill a day everyday. (she is 3 lbs now)

i know i am supposed to cut back on the amt. of Cosequin i give her now and i just started giving her 1/2 a pill a day. but i can hear her bones make cracking sounds again sometimes when i pick her up.

is it ok to just keep giving her 1 pill a day? or 1/2 pill a day? because i am supposed to be giving her less than that according to the directions. but is it harmful to their health to give more than the recommended amt. ?
