I am so glad to see this thread. I have been thinking about feeding Daisy Mae raw, but I am really afraid. I'm so afraid that I will make her sick. I was reminded by a friend who has a Chocolate Lab that dogs are meant to eat raw. I just don't know. I think there is a big difference between a lab and a Yorkie. To me, Daisy is my fragile little thing and I just don't want to give her food poisioning since their tummies are so sensitive.

Can you please share your logic/stories/reasons for feeding raw? I am very interested in it.

Right now, I feed Daisy Canned food (Chicken Soup soul..) mixed w/ Innova dry kibble and dehydrated chicken, breakfast & dinner. For lunch I give her grilled/plain chicken and some fresh fruit (mostly apples). I try to feed her the best/natural/holistic food that she will eat. I have gone thru so many brands trying to find her favorite.
