I don't think we have a local aspca?? My friend that has Scruffy (He got burned at the vet some of you may have seen pics my mom posted) She had such a hard time fighting it... We went and took some pictures tonight.. I will have to get some when it is light out... We didn't see food in the pen but there was water. There were only 2 puppies in there tonight and they looked so sad... it broke my heart!! We felt so bad leaving them there in that stupid parking lot!! They watched and cried as we drove away... I feel so bad!!
we are going to keep calling the cops everytime there is no food or water or if it is cold.. track how cold it is at night and stuff like that...
