Some states require it be done yearly.
If your state does not and your vet is still insisting that it be done that way, there are lots of other vets out there...
To the OP:
Who knows.
The vaccine is waaaaaaaay too potent to begin with. Is her liver perfect? Ever been bile acids tested? I just think these are too much for small dogs. It is very sad.
