I am FAT...and PHAT...I think I am a whopping 270 and I am loving it. I go to the gym at the YMCA 3 times a week, work out for an hour and 25 mins. I don't work well in an "fat chick" group because the crying makes me sick we didn't get this way overnight and usually we all know how we got there so let's stop all the BS whining, get off our lazy tails and do something. I don't fit into that counted every calorie, weigh everything this my last resort before I do the "EXTREME GROUP" either; I have 30 or so more LBS. to lose and I am done. I'm not in this for a quick fix, or to fit into a bikini(LOL) I am in this for the long haul, lifestyle change. I will be 30 in a month and a half and I want to do this right. I changed my eating habit's...I don't eat after 6, I drink 12 glasses of water a day, wheat bread, no rice and only 2 pepsi's a week.

I know some of you are thinking should she want to lose more, she is so big already...I love me, and I am very healthy. So, good luck....
