I agree, she is way too tiny to breed. Maybe you could suggest to her to ask a veterinarian and/or read the breed guidelines on the AKC website.
It's become quite the trend to breed the Yorkies smaller and smaller for more and more dollars! Pretty soon, they'll breed them right into extinction! People are just too d... greedy!
