Also wanted to add that some breeders breed a dog smaller than 5 lbs and there is nothing wrong with that but 2 lbs is way too small. I have heard that dogs bred smaller need c-sections. Is this correct? The smallest I have seen is 4 lbs and I think that is acceptable in my opinion. I just can't imagine a dog 2 lbs having a safe delivery but then again, I don't know. Never been in that position.
