It looks pretty good to me.
I know personally, I like to see at least two named meat ingredients listed first, this particular food only contains Chicken Meal as the first, followed by ground brown rice. But I see nothing wrong with this food at all! It's sort of a grain-heavy food, but most seem like good grains.
