Here's a letter from my landlord, oops I mean slumlord's property manager, short version:
"I am pleased to inform you that the parking lot will be repaired and resealed this week.......During sealing it is extremely important that no one walks or drives on the newly sealed areas. [The paving company] will be working quickly and diligently to minimize any inconvenience. Thank you in advance.... this is the first phase of a multi-phase plan to improve the center." blah blah blah.
Here's the view from my shop's front door. How the heck are my customers supposed to find parking anywhere! It's all roped off! Like they are really gonna walk across hot asphalt that's not dry in 100 degree heat to come in my shop. And they HAD to do this on the weekend when we are more busy!!!
