Does he play when on the lead? Does he perk up with squeaky toys when on the lead? Have you tried taking him and another dogs on fun walks on the lead? Sometimes the other dog will make him more confident and the tail goes up. Also, you might try having someone else show him. A couple of my dogs seem to show better for someone else cause "mommy" is a push-over!LOL Also, give him a break from showing. He may just have burn out, especially a young dog. Maybe take him and another dog to shows but dont show him, just make it a fun day. |
