Here in Maine, it is not uncommon for the winter temperature to be -15 degrees. (we are close to the water also) With a damp raw wind. Baxter will usually wear a hoodie and a jacket or a sweater with the jacket. He will not wear boots. He is a tough little guy and absolutely loves the snow.
