I had my reservations about letting her down on the ground, but she would have none of that. She wanted to play with the big dogs. She did surprisingly well, and so did they. Our group has been meeting for a couple years now, and the big dogs accepted her into the pack with only minor investigation.

1. Rusty the bodyguard does his job when Buck the cattle dog investigates.

2. Jillie stalks Kane the Weimaraner. She pounced right after this shot.

3. Jillie prances toward Buck.

4. Jillie meets Layla, a retired greyhound racer whom a friend rescued. Layla is very sweet, but when she gets sprinting outside she can get a little exuberant. Hence the muzzle, which she's used to from her racing days.
