i think if the vet was doing this yearly for 4 years your lil ones body could not take anymore -- call animal control and find out what the requirement is for your county as every county is different. I am so sad right now this breaks my heart.
I would seek out a holistic vet as they may be able to give you something to cleanse the body of the toxic dose your baby got -- I think they use nosodes to do this
