To me I think it's an unreasonable contract.
From what I read
The dog does not really belong to you until the spay/neuter is completed.
Say the dog gets loose and gets pregnant.
She wants 5000.00 and you have to give the dog back.
I just think if one is so worried about the spay and neuter part they
need to keep it longer and have it done before the dog is placed.
It's not a contract I would agree to and I don't know of many other's that would either.
