Hallee (4.9 lbs, 4 yrs old) got her yearly rabies shot today, everything was fine until about midnight. I was laying in bed and heard something weird, looked over and she was flopping all around like something was wrong it appeared as if she was having a seizure. Picked her up and we headed to the vet. She was ok after about 5 minutes or so but then had another one about 10 minutes later on the way to the vet. They did some blood work and everything appeared to be fine. Gave her something to relax her and sent us home with some liquid phenobarbatol in case she had another one. She is also supposed to take 1/2 of a phenobarbatol tablet every 12 hours (3 total). Has anyone else ever had this happen? We are so worried she is going to have another one. This was definately her last rabies shot.
