Chance chewed the cord on my laptop about 5 months ago, I
took her to the vet for x-rays to make sure there was no wire
in her mouth or belly. I found out about a week later that she
had a Liver Shunt. Sometimes dogs and other animals do things
they have never done before, to show you something is wrong
with them. Chance had never chewed anything besides what I give her to chew. After her shunt was repaired, she has not chewed anything again. So maybe Maddy is showing you
something could be wrong, I am not saying that she has a Liver Shunt, but something could be going on with her. Yorkies are known for teeth and gum problems, you might
need to check her out and not worry about material things that can be replaced.
