Sounds like she's warming up and figuring out there's enough love to go around. At least she's not hiding now. The peeing could be that she's putting her scent around. There's a new scent in the house and it's her way of marking her territory maybe. The more she gets used to him I'm sure it will pass. So glad to hear it seems to be smoothing out.
