Thanks for updating us. I hope it was just hypoglycemia as your vet suspects. Puppies who come home as young as your Lily did are at a high risk for it.

Please do make sure to get a bile acids test even if Lily continues to do well. Since liver shunts are 36 times more common in Yorkies than all other breeds combined, all Yorkie puppies should routinely get one after their organs are developed enough (20 weeks).
