Hi and Welcome to YT! I think at this point if your little guy needs to be cleaned up - a warm wash cloth and then a warm, dry, towel would be good. It's important that they don't get chilled. Please only use tearless puppy shampoo - the rest are too harsh for him right now. I think there's some puppy cologne that you can lightly spray in between washes if he's smelling a little stinky

You can over bathe any dog but mine get a bath weekly and twice a week if they really get stinky but they are 3 and 2 years old.
