The micro chips we use on our pets are not like how GPS systems work. Your cell phone on the other hand? That's how the govt can track you. I don't mind that at all. If someone really wants to keep tabs on me all day, they are going to be boooooored!
Although I am not opposed to GPSing small children or teens. Hee hee
