You could try putting moth balls around your property line or I saw a web-site that offers some products for skunk control:

skunk control, Skunk Control, SKUNK CONTROL, skunk removal, Skunk Removal, SKUNK REMOVAL, skunk odor control, Skunk Odor Control, SKUNK ODOR CONTROL, skunk, Skunk, SKUNK, skunk repellent, Skunk Repellent, SKUNK REPELLENT, scunk control, Scunk Control

Only thing is I'd make sure all things you put around your yard are safe for your doggies! Maybe it won't come back knowing the dogs are going to run after now.
