 Getting new kitten Tuesday. Need advice!
We have an 8 month old yorkie male. We are getting a new kitten on Tuesday. I hope everything goes well. Riley loves my sister's cats. I am hoping we have an advantage because Riley has actually met the kittens when our friend puppy sat him while we were away and he was gentle and loved them. She also has a yorkie so the kittens have been exposed to dogs almost daily since they were born. We are hoping for a smooth addition. I can't wait to see them together!! We are just hoping it goes well for all parties involved. My main concern is keeping their food separated. I've heard that kitten food is bad for puppies and vice versa. Any suggestions?
