I think the OP is mad because the breeder she got her dog from lied about the weight and it appears that she changed the weight on the paperwork from the vets. She also said she could get the same size dog where she lives for less than half what she paid for a dog she was told would be smaller. I've never heard anyone guarantee an adult weight either but that doesn't mean it didn't happen.
