I was too tired to update last night so here it goes. They took another x-ray of Max yesterday and still nothing looked abnormal which is good. She also ruled out megaesophagus. So they kept him for a few hours to give him fluids and also gave him a shot of Cerenia. The vet thinks he has gastritis/esophagitis. So he came home with 3 medicines:Cerenia, Sucralfate, and Pepcid. Poor baby! It is quite a challenge to get all his medicines right because one is an hour before food and one is 30 minutes before food and other medicines. UGH!!! I hope this cures his problem.
