OMG. I can't believe that some people are so bleeding STUPID AND UNTHINKING!
Clearly she should not be a parent because she has no parenting skills. Sad to say the little boy should be more than disciplined, kids that do stuff like that end up doing worse as they grow up.
Glad your little one seems to be ok. And I hope she stays that way.
