wow I as a mother would have beat my kids a$$ and would have made him apologize to you and your furbaby. Some people have no manners. Im sorry you had to go through that and that your kids saw that happen. I would have went off on the mom big time for not disciplining her kid... she may not have caught it before he did it but she should have got on to him for doing it....
