When a female goes into labor her stomach will get rock hard when she has a contraction. To me the gurgling sounds just means she is hungry or has a tummy ache. Without being there it is really hard to say. Sometimes we let our imagination get away from us. I know I have stayed up many a night thinking a female was in labor only to find out it was a false alarm and then there were times when I did not know they were in labor until right before they had a puppy. Each female is different. |
