He is not very well housetrained and needs a belly band while inside. He likes to mark. He also doesn't have much for obedience training.
I don't know if I can deal with that much training, especially for a dog who has not been house trained for 2.5 years already. If he marks, it will just encourage Layla to pee anywhere too.
Does anyone else want him??
