How much does he weigh? I had a dog eat an entire bag of the small reeses peanut butter cups, foil wrappers and all, and didnt even get sick. That same dog also ate an entire box of Sarris chocolate covered pretzels and was completely fine. So you should be fine, I would just watch for him to be constipated from the caramel.
