My husband I are getting ready to rescue a Maltese/s**tzu mix. We have one Yorkie Baby named Maddie. She is our WORLD. She goes everywhere with us, I cant even take a shower without her sitting the the bathroom with me if her daddy isn;t home.
You proably see my concern. How can I bring this little guy home without making Maddie feel "replaced" or different? I would not do this at all but the little guy is going to die. He is 11 weeks old and left in a taxi on a hot deck all day, with evening shade only. The owner is family and has finally agreed to give it away. Help! Can I do this and be fair to Maddie? need some suggestions.
