I want to do that too. I'm considering the trailer type with the full enclosure for safety. I bought a stroller for walking ... Peek a Boo is older and has bad days where he can't walk as well so I pop him in the stroller and he just loves it! We stop for potty breaks and he waits to get put back in the stroller. I have begun training my other 2 Yorkies to ride in it, just in case they need to ride one day too. I also carry a hang in front back pack that Peek gets into ... he likes that too. He just wants to be with me and to be out and about, whether he feels good or not. It all started one day my maltese walked about 2-3 blocks with us from home and stopped, refusing to go on. I checked him out and found a huge bruise on his ribcage, so I had to carry him home. He was too painful to be picked up, so I removed my jacket and used it like a hammock or sling. It was less painful for him and we went directly to the Vet after we got home. Turned out someone had really kicked him hard. Shoe print was evident. Thats when I purchased the front backpack carrier. I'll let you know if I find any good bike trailers.
