Chewie is 12 weeks old today and I've had the same problem. I used to put paper with eyelash glue in his ears but I was so clumsy it never looked right. I should add that he is like a little whirldwind when I touch his ears

.
Then I tried surgical tape. I put some in my hair and it didn't hurt when I removed it but around his ears I had the hardest time to take that off. I guess I'll try later again if I find some good stuff to remove the tape.
I heard of massaging and I do it every chance I get. Well just with that his right ear is doing a good job of looking almost up and his left ear is propped a little more too.
To shave the tip of his ears I have a cordless chromini clipper. I do it while he's asleep on my lap and although it takes a while it gets done. To cut the hair at the edge of his ears I use kid's scissor. They have rounded edge, sharp enough to cut the hair but I would have to press rather hard to cut his ear I think.
