I'm not trying to be mean and I don't know all the facts but... if she didn't send the package out by the time she was supposed to and Admin allowed her a delay but asked for a confirmation number and she did not provide one - I think she should have been suspended within 24 hrs. Then if the package didn't get to the GE Buddy within 7 days of Admin's contact - she should be banned.
People know ahead of time that they are planning to participate and many start picking up items that don't need special sizing etc. There are many ways to get the pkg out without this long delay. She could have sent 2 pkgs if she was waiting on some custom items.
I know Admin tries very hard to be fair and he encourages positive outlooks/responses on things like this but this would be so very depressing for me.
