I used something called "Sting Stop" as a dressing and put gauze around it. It's supposed to get out the poison. When I look closer at the wound it seems bigger than the stinger, like part of his flesh was bitten off. it's dark with red surrounding it. He is now sleeping cocaroach style, but I can see a stream of tears running from his eye. The leg is still not poofy.
