wow what a nice guy! I can tell you I"ve been thru kennal cough with Roxie when I first got her. It was awful and it scarred her vocals to where she can't bark. Sounds like she's horse. I thought I was going to lose her. It was not fun. This was 2 years ago and she has a sensitive trache. If you rub on it as you described it causes her to cough but goes away. She'd cough till she sounded like she would throw up. She was very lethargic too. Does anyone else's yorkie make the honking sound after drinking water?
