Default Something EVERYONE needs to know.......

My nephew's 2 yr old wheaten terrier became very sick Monday, he vomited several times during the day. They called their vet and the vet told him it sounded like he may have a bug. That night the dog started vomiting blood. Him and his wife rushed the dog to the ER vet which is at least an hour away. The dog vomited so much blood in their car that they had to have it detailed and his wife had to throw her clothes away. Unfortunately Benny died in my nephews wifes arms on the way there. Benny ate a mushroom! They are called death top mushrooms and usually grow around Oak trees......My heart breaks for them as they had to have his wifes "needs" dog (she's deaf) put down just 1 month ago...and...because my nephew is laid off they can't afford to get her another...their cost is 4000.00.
I just thought this was something everyone should be aware of.
