Uni does it when she gets really excited, almost every time. I think it is reverse sneezing at least. I saw the yorkie episode of Dogs 101 and when they showed the yorkies reverse sneezing they described it as a "goose honking". But that's not what Uni sounds like. Wonder what it is then?
