Tucker and I saw in petco that they have food storage containers with a handle, about the size of a cerial box, but wider. It's in the cat food section. $10 for the container and a full bag of cat food. We baught a few, kept the containers, and donated the cat food to the local shelter. Still cheaper than if we baught the container at the container store, etc. Anyway, these have a handle and a pourable spout so they are easy to use. for 12lbs you may need a couple.
