The Nutri-Cal is a good idea. You could also give him some plain yogurt..(not the flavored kind). It's good for their digestive tract. He's probably just a little stressed at getting used to his new surroundings. But if it continues..you definitely should take a trip to the vet just to be sure. Keep us posted on how he's doing!
