I am no rabbit expert, but I try to take care of all animals and "group" them together. (right or wrong, thats the way I work). Anyway..she is probably sore. I would think that a heart attack would have happened right away. If you are really worried, VET time. But I would just play the watch and wait game. See if she eats and if she is using the foot.
