Ginger was just spayed a few weeks ago and we used the onesie. It worked GREAT! She wore it backwards and it had three snaps. We only snapped one and that way her tail was out. Also, while we were away, she was able to stinky on her pad. I was glad I had left it open to one side or that could have been a mess.
