Haha, this is cute, I needed a laugh. We did the blowing thing on Uni when she was a baby, it doesn't work anymore.

We do the doorbell thing. She goes crazy b/c she thinks someone is coming over to see HER. We were doing it so we would get a youtube vid with a doorbell ring and play it over and over again and she would bark like crazy. It got to the point where she would bark whenever a bell would ring on TV. that was too much, so I stopped egging her on whenever a bell would ring. She now knows what is our actual bell sound and one on tv.

Also when we play at the shop, I will throw the ball and when she runs to get it, I will hide, but since we have mirrors everywhere here I can see her, but she doesn't know where I am. So she will trot around looking for me and I come out from behind something and "BOO!" Sometimes you can see she really gets spooked, sometimes I am way too loud and she saw me coming from a mile away!

And of course, the pretend to throw the ball but didn't really throw it. That's a classic.
