I don't think you were being overly dramatic. Paypal is owned by ebay and within the last year or so anything that ebay touches turns to crap (including ebay). Paypal can be equally as frustrating for a seller... like when they decide to put a hold on funds for the stupidest reasons. This has happened to my aunt who has a perfect rating on her ebay account. IMO, Paypal and Ebay both suck. lol
