Javier, I am sorry if there are communication problems (Spanish/ English) causing all these misunderstandings.
I just can't bite my lip and let it go with your accusations that I breed large size dogs etc. I have all the emails between us to back my story and I easily prove #1) that I was to buy 2 dogs from you but you sold one without even any thought as to what I thought about you selling one of the dogs you sold to me. And #2) I purchased a 5# female from you and you SENT ME some strange female that I had never even hear of before.
I paid $2600 USD for CH Sired a female dog from you. Her name was Kormic Light but who you sent me was a different female whom I learn much later that her name is Kiss of Live (on her paperwork). She is non-CH sired, not the dog I bought, you never once mentioned anything had happened to Kormic Light until after you sent Kiss, and Kiss is barely 2 pounds at 18 weeks old.
OF COURSE I'm going to ask you your opinion on breeding her. And OF COURSE you told me "Go Ahead And Try It", "See What Happens". You also told me she was to be kept for breeding for you. Is it your policy to use 2 pound females in your breeding program? OF COURSE, I prefer bigger females (4.5 pound to 8 pound). BUT NOT, 2 pound females!
Wouldn't it make much better business sense that when you had the problem with Kormic that you write to me and offer me the choice to either get my money back, wait for another litter/pup, or take another dog? Is it your policty to just inadvertantly just ship a buyer another replacement dog without their knowledge??
I would be more than happy to return this tiny female that you wanted to keep for your breeding program there. She's NOT the dog I purchased from you so all expenses to return her is your problem.
