Welcome to YT Congradulations getting your new little yorkie puppy. She is only going on 10 weeks old. THis is very young, and if you guys have to leave her alone all day , this is why I believe she is barking. She is lonely , all by herself. Is there anyway one of you could come home on your lunch hr? Or have a friend or family member stop in at your place a few times a day while you are working? a little puppy needs a lot of attention , and is so much work. Many people do not realise this. Now that you have have, there are going to have to make some adjustment for her needs, this would be best if you guys can accomadate her better. Then your neighbors and your puppy will be so much happier.
Anther thing, your little puppy should not be going outside for walks right now. She is way to young. Wait until she has had all her vaccines. She is at a great risk of beccoming sick from other dogs, the ground, or any animals she could come in contact with. Parvo is the number one killer in young puppies. Keep her inside.
