How young can your dog be to do this? I have a friend who went and got a new puppy, 8 weeks, and the poor thing is covered with fleas. She has been searching for a SAFE remedy. I mentioned a mild detergent to her but didn't know if you needed to condition thier skin and hair afterward. Does the detergent dry them out too bad? Thanks
